RULER.GG SERVICE USER AGREEMENT

Ruler.gg Acceptance of User Agreement

This Service User Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Ruler.gg (“Ruler.gg”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the user (“User”, “you”, or “your”) of our website and services (“Services”). This Agreement governs your use of our Services, so please read it carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Our Services. Ruler.gg provides a platform for users to access information, resources, and connect with other like-minded individuals in the gaming community. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, our website, community forums, and other related products and services.
2. User Content. You understand that any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials posted or submitted by you through our Services (“User Content”) is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated. Ruler.gg does not control User Content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content. You understand that by using our Services, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
3. User Conduct. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our Services by any third party. You will not engage in any conduct that could be considered illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property. Ruler.gg and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including all intellectual property rights. Our Services are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and treaties, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our Services or any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties. Ruler.gg provides our Services “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ruler.gg makes no representations or warranties that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
6. Limitation of Liability. Ruler.gg will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, unauthorized access to or alteration of User Content, or any other matter arising from or related to the use of our Services.
7. Changes to this Agreement. Ruler.gg may make changes to this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of this Agreement will be posted on our website and will supersede all previous versions. By continuing to use our Services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the modified Agreement.
8. Termination. Ruler.gg may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
9. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta.
10. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ruler.gg regarding the use of our Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, between the parties.
11. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
12. Acceptance of User Agreement. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use our Services.
